Ok let me start by saying daydreaming is a form of un-focused energy. It's not bad to daydream, however most of our daydreaming is done in this way...👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👀📄
All too often I find myself day dreaming...remembering the past or past negative situations only to get frustrated or uneasy about it and start dreaming about the future. how I want this or that, how I wish I had this or that... (that sounds more like what it is...wishing)
The past is already done, you can't change it, but you can forgive it. The future hasn't even happened yet, and things in life never really move in a straight line now does it? Another way life shows us, not everything goes as you plan it.🤷🏽♀️
So when we think about past situations or find ourself thinking too much about the future and how we wish things were like this or that, we totally forget to be in the now...in the present moment. #gratitude
When every you are feeling anxious about things in the past or how the future will look for you, try doing these three things to bring you back to earth and get clarity
Stop & breathe. Take things one moment at a time. What can you be grateful for now?
Stop planning for the future, but take 1 action step day by day. Plan your one goal in 3 action steps then do 1 action a day.
Focus on the day…not yesterday and not tomorrow. This shows forgiveness of the pasts, gratitude for things in the moment, and hope for a positive future.
